DOH Letter to Father Ruiz on August 12, 2026

The DOH writes to the property owner that toxins in the school's indoor air -- including 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, 1,4-Dichlorobenzene, Benzene, Dichlorodifluoromethane, m,p-Xylene, Naphthalene, Toluene, Methyl ethyl ketone (2-Butanone), n-Hexane, and others -- are totally fine, A-OK, NOT A PROBLEM.

One month before hundreds of kids return to this building with toxins in the indoor air, DOH writes, with zero urgency: "The design of the HRV systems is in its final stage, and installation and activation will be scheduled as soon
as practicable
."
